Custom Perfume Bottle MOQ: What Buyers Should Prepare Before an Inquiry

A perfume bottle inquiry becomes easier to assess when the quantity and the packaging brief are clear together. A total order quantity alone does not explain whether the buyer needs an existing bottle, a new shape, several decoration versions or matching closures. Start with the commercial requirement, then ask for a project review based on the complete specification.

For HJ, stock MOQ is 5,000 bottles and custom MOQ is 10,000 bottles per design. These are the starting quantities for planning an inquiry. Confirm how the proposed order is allocated across bottle designs, capacities, colors and decoration versions. Do not assume that several small versions can be combined to meet the minimum for one design, or that an existing shape is available in the required quantity today.

MOQ & lead time at a glance

An accepted quantity does not by itself establish a shipment date. Availability, artwork and sample approvals, and freight all need separate confirmation.

Define what you want to customize

The word “custom” can cover different requests. A buyer may want an existing bottle with artwork, a particular surface finish, a matching cap arrangement or a new bottle shape. Describe each requirement separately so the quotation can state the proposed scope and the MOQ that applies. A reference image helps explain the direction, but it does not replace a confirmed drawing and written specification.

If these details are still open, identify them as decisions to review. A clear brief avoids guessing which reference details are essential and which are simply inspiration.

Ask for an itemized project review

A useful quotation separates the bottle, closures, decoration, packaging and any project-specific development items. Ask which items are included, which require separate agreement and what must be approved before production can be scheduled.

Keep your sales forecast alongside the MOQ decision. An order should fit the expected launch and replenishment needs. If the proposed range creates too many separate versions, review the assortment before approving artwork — without changing HJ’s stated MOQ.

Confirm the supply and shipment scope

HJ works through the Xuzhou glass industrial park partnership model, with own contracted production lines inside the park’s glass factories, and own processing/finishing plant and warehouse at the Xuzhou production base.

• Request quotation on an agreed FOB Qingdao or Lianyungang basis, naming the selected port
• Share destination, required arrival date and any receiving restrictions
• Caps and sprayers can be supplied with bottles in the same order when agreed
